How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your item to cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major South African payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, EFT, SnapScan, and Ozow.

Is it safe to pay on your store?

Yes! Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security used by major banks. Your payment information is always safe with us.

Can I pay via EFT or SnapScan?

Yes, we accept all major SA payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, SnapScan, Ozow, and EFT.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) typically receive orders within 5–7 business days.

Do you ship to all provinces?

Yes! We ship to all 9 provinces across South Africa — from Limpopo to the Western Cape.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is R99 flat rate anywhere in South Africa. Orders over R500 qualify for FREE shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

How do I return an item?

Contact us via WhatsApp at +27704145444 or email info@mzansigadgetzone.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be made to your original payment method.

Products

Are your products genuine and good quality?

Yes! Every product we sell is tested for quality before we list it. We only sell products we'd use ourselves. Our Magnetic Car Holder uses N52 neodymium magnets — the strongest available.

Does the magnetic holder work with my phone case?

Yes! We include 2 metal plates in the box — one to stick inside your case and one directly on your phone. It works with iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, and all other brands.
